What It Is
The ThinkIP™ Framework is the master commercial framework that sits above every other ThinkIP methodology. It provides a structured, repeatable path for business owners to move from not knowing what intellectual property they own, through to protecting it, commercialising it, and ultimately realising its full enterprise value.
Developed by Dr Maurice Roussety from doctoral research into intellectual property and franchise goodwill valuation, the framework reflects the reality that most SME value sits in intangible assets, not physical ones. Yet most owners never identify, document or protect those assets until a transaction forces them to.
The framework is built around four sequential stages: Discover, Protect, Commercialise, and Realise. Each stage has its own tools, diagnostics and advisory pathways, and each stage feeds into the next so that a business owner always knows what to do next.
