The Intellectual Property Asset Pricing System, Australia's only IP-informed business valuation methodology.
Framework Explanation
IPAPS™ (Intellectual Property Asset Pricing System) is a proprietary, academically-grounded business valuation methodology that combines IP asset scoring, earnings analysis, risk calibration and DCF modelling to produce a certified business value range. Developed from Dr M's doctoral research.

Applied across all IPAPS™ valuation products: Snapshot, Professional and Certified Business Valuation. The methodology is also taught in the Adviser School™.
IPAPS™ Value Adjustment Engine™
The scoring engine that adjusts enterprise value based on IP strength, risk and commercial potential.
Framework Explanation
The Value Adjustment Engine™ is the core calculation layer within IPAPS™. It applies weighted scores across IP Strength, Revenue Quality, Founder Dependency, Transferability, Business Health and Commercialisation Readiness to compute the IPAPS™ Master Score, which then adjusts the base enterprise value.
